A thief is a thief?
A thief running
Hands on fire
Trying to hide the booty
That might have caused a life
A Thief in an Office
Sitting,
In his executive chair
Disguised in his attire
Prim and proper
A white-collar robber
Stashing away that money
To buy that hot sports car
A thief with innocence
The naughty kind perhaps
Fetching too many cookies
From mama’s cookie jar
Vulgar, innocent or white-collar
Like butter
Cut with the same knife
Some might argue
Is not quite like that
Others won’t try that
Saying: “a thief is a thief
That’s just a fact of life”
Judge you not
Lest I be judged
What do you make of all that?
